Phillip E. Bryant, 36, a mechanic, died Sept. 29, 1995, in Virginia Beach.
Mr. Bryant was born in Portsmouth.
Survivors include his wife, Lucinda L. Bryant; two sons, Jonathan P. and Steven P. Bryant; his mother, Rita A. Bryant; his father, Phillip M. Bryant; and a brother, Kevin M. Bryant, all of Virginia Beach.
A funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, by Pastor Mark Schroeder. Burial will be in Princess Anne Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the funeral home from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday and at other times at 324 Crisfield Road, Virginia Beach.
