JUBILATION: ``I think the verdict was based solely on the facts,''

said Thomas Francis Musumeci at Norfolk State University. ``There

just wasn't enough to prove that he was guilty.''

DISBELIEF: Communications major Chris Beaman sits stunned as a

standing-room-only crowd leaves a mock courtroom at Regent

University Law School after hearing the verdict. ``I don't

understand how they can find him not guilty,'' said Beaman, whose

wife is a law student. ``No one will ever pay for those killings.''
