THE NAME might not be as descriptive as beef broth and chicken broth, but Swanson's new Oriental Broth is certainly flavorful.
A combination of soy sauce, onion and garlic, this new broth creates ``authentic Oriental taste,'' Swanson claims. What it doesn't contain is fat and cholesterol.
