Dana Louise Howell, 39, of the 2000 block of Phyllis Drive, died Oct. 4, 1995, in a Norfolk hospital.
Miss Howell was born in Norfolk, and was the daughter of Evelyn Louise Howell of Chesapeake and the late Coy Lamar Howell Sr.
Other survivors include her sister, Peggy Sue Minter of Franklin, Tenn.; her two brothers, Coy L. Howell Jr. of Chespeake and Richard David Howell of Virginia Beach; six nieces, Paula Retz, Elizabeth Howell, Tonja Langis, Brittney Minter, Maire Howell, Kathy Howell; and one nephew, Mathew W. Howell.
A memorial service will be at 4 p.m. Saturday in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 681 Oak Grove Road, Chesapeake, by William Utley. There will be no public viewing or visitation. Oman Funeral Home, Great Bridge, is handling the arrangements.
