Menola Belle Hitchens, 88, died Oct. 4, 1995, in Pinellas Park.
Mrs. Hitchens, the widow of Adolphus E. Hitchens, was a member of Ferebee-Halstead Memorial United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Eloise Sorokowsky of Pinellas Park, Beverly and her husband, Larry McClellan of Clemmons, N.C.; one sister, Ruth Eure of Hopewell, Va.; three granddaughters, Diane Morra of St. Petersburg, Fla., Mary Baker of Estero, Fla., and Karen Swan of Winston-Salem, N.C.; one grandson, Nathan ``Corky'' McCellan of St. Petersburg; and seven great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
