Willie J. ``Billie'' Cotton, 89, died Oct. 4, 1995, in Norfolk.
Mrs. Cotton, the widow of William C. Cotton, was a retired secretary from the U.S. Government. She worked there for 15 years. She was born in Newport News and was a member of Calvin Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include two brothers, Carl J. Johnson of Norfolk, G. Winston Johnson of Matthews Co., Va.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. Bob E. DeWitt. Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, in charge.
