Lucille H. Ripley, 78, of the 4600 block of Kemp Drive, died Oct. 4, 1995, in Portsmouth.
Mrs. Ripley, a native of Big Run, Pa., was a member of Newton Falls United Methodist Church, Newton Falls, Ohio. She was retired from the payroll department of Fort Eustis.
Survivors include her husband, Herbert Lee Ripley; one son, Robert L. Harrell Jr. of Warren, Ohio; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Richard E. Harrell.
A memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m. today in Snellings Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, by the Rev. George Mullenax. Burial will be private.
