Fletcher Monroe Jr., 46, of the 500 block of E. Brambleton Ave., died Oct. 2, 1995, in a local hospital.
He was a welder for Gutterman Iron and Metal Co. and was a native of Norfolk. He was preceded in death by his parents, Missouri and Fletcher Monroe Sr.; two sisters, Sharon and Linda Monroe; and brother, Perry Monroe Sr.
He is survived by two brothers, Aaron Monroe of Virginia Beach, and Joseph R. Monroe of Norfolk; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Mondaye chapel.
