Harry ``Peaches'' King, of the 2700 block of Beachmont Ave., died Oct. 3, 1995, in a local hospital.
He was a native of Norfolk and attended Granby High School.
He is survived by two daughters, Taniesha Bishop and Shanice Bishop; one son, Daquarius Washington; mother, Catherine Edwards of Norfolk; step-father, Alvin Edwards of Norfolk; five sisters, Revie Staton, Lois Staton, Catherine Spady, Edina Spady and Altheia Edwards, all of Norfolk; five brothers, Norman Silvlan, Albert Staton, Curtis Spady, and Alvin Edwards Jr., all of Norfolk, and Milton King of Charleston, S.C.; aunt, Helen Williams; two uncles, Tim Staton and Charles Staton; four other aunts; other relatives and friends; fiancee, Raquel Washington; and special friend, Lenora Bishop.
A funeral service will be conducted noon Monday by the Rev. Pearlie Gause in Graves Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
