Manning Lee Williams, 53, died Oct. 6, 1995, at home.
Mr. Williams was born in Norfolk and was an Army veteran. He graduated from Norview High School and attended VMI.
Survivors include his mother, Alease Sheets Williams of Norfolk; a sister-in-law, Sherry Williams; a nephew, David Williams; a niece, Stephanie Williams; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was the son of the late Manning S. Williams.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel. Visitation will be one hour before the service.
