Dorothy Bradby Thomas, 79, formerly a resident of Lafayette Villa Nursing Care Center, died Oct. 5, 1995, in a local hospital.
She was the widow of Richard William Thomas.
Survivors include six sisters, Susan B. Robinson, Wilfred Howard and Barbara Jackson of Norfolk, Dora E. Spratley of Smithfield, Florence Swan of Silver Spring, Md. and Hazel Fox of Washington; four brothers, Curtis Bradby and Oscar Bradby of Norfolk, Waverly Bradby of Portsmouth and Porterfield Bradby of Knoxville, Tenn.; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Wednesday in Graves Funeral Home, Norfolk, by the Rev. Hiram White Jr. Burial will be at First Gravel Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Smithfield.
