Wallace J. Thomas, 59, of the 5600 block of Plummer Blvd., died Oct. 7, 1995.
Survivors include his wife, Bernice H. Thomas; two daughters, Lottie M. Granby and Glenda M. Ellis; four sons, Leander L. Thomas, Wallace J. Thomas Jr., Roland Thomas, Michael J. Thomas; four sisters, Virginia L. Hurdle, Nancy Nixon, Clara Locker, Mary E. Ellis; two brothers, James Thomas and Isaac Thomas; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Lincoln Cemetery, Portsmouth, by the Rev. Ralph Richardson. The family will assemble at 5807 Terry St., Portsmouth, at 12:30 p.m. Fisher Funeral Home in charge.
