Kathleen Elizabeth Franklin, 77, of the first block of Kelly Drive, died Oct. 10, 1995.
She was a native of Baileyville, W.Va. and the widow of Gordon Benjamin Franklin Jr.
She is survived by two daughters, Jeannette C. Bridgeman of Portsmouth and Joyce A. Wilson of Virginia Beach; a brother, Warren B. Lusk Jr., of Portsmouth; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by the Rev. Keith Lewis. Burial is in Rosewood Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this evening from 7 to 8 p.m.
