EMMA L. WHITE

Emma Lee White, of the 1700 block of Prentis Ave., died Oct. 5, 1995, in her home in Portsmouth.

Mrs. White, the widow of Alexander White, was a native of Greenville County, Va. She was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church, Portsmouth.

Survivors include one sister, Susie J. Vinson of Portsmouth; one niece, Marjorie Vinson of Pikesville, Md.; great-nieces; great-nephews; and other relatives and friends.

The funeral will be conducted at noon Friday in Ebenezer Baptist Church by the Rev. Ben A. Beamer Sr. Burial will be in Lincoln Memorial Cemetery. The family will be at the home of her sister, 1008 Centre Ave., Portsmouth. The family and friends will assemble for the funeral at Corprew Funeral Home at 11 a.m. Friday.
