Geneva Eckard, 85, of the 3000 block of Maddox Drive, died Oct. 10, 1995, in Norfolk.
Mrs. Eckard, the widow of Morris E. Eckard, was a member of Christian Church in Mountain City, Tenn. She was a native of Mountain City.
Survivors include two daughters, Colleen S. Eckard of Richmond and Barbara A. Day of Marco Island, Fla.; one grandson, Michael A. Martinette of Newman, Ga.; two great-grandchildren, Kelly Martinette and Aaron Martinette, both of Newman.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, by Pastor Paul D. Hawkins. Burial will be in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today.
