Madeline Blake, 87, of Virginia Beach, died Oct. 15, 1995, in Lynnshores Manor.
She worked as a homemaker and was Episcopalian. She was a native of Kenosha, Wis.
She is survived by a stepdaughter, Carolyn Harris of Winsor, Va.; one son, James C. Matolek Sr. of Virginia Beach; three grandchildren, John, James Jr. and Barbara; and one great-granddaughter, April.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday by the Rev. Robert Pittman III in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today in Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel.
