Lillie Mae LaForm, 80, formerly of the 1300 block of Powhatan Ave., the Westhaven area of Portsmouth, died Oct. 15, 1995, in Suffolk.
Mrs. LaForm was born in Kelford, N.C., and was the widow of Luther James LaForm. She was Baptist. She played the piano for various dancing schools and organizations.
Survivors include one daughter, Jerrie Rogers of Portsmouth; one son, Patrick James LaForm of Portsmouth; six grandchildren, Lynne Wilder, Ed Rogers III, and Julie Luster, all of Chesapeake, and Scott LaForm and Keith LaForm, both of San Antonio, Texas, and Patrick LaForm Jr. of Austin, Texas; seven great-grandchildren, Sarah Wilder, Dana Wilder, Mark Wilder III, Eddie Witherow, and Kaitlyn Luster, all of Chesapeake, Victoria LaForm of San Antonio, Texas, and Brittany Rogers of Chesapeake.
The graveside service will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Ronald R. Rice in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Snellings Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, in charge. The family will receive friends at 4251 Halton Point Lane in Portsmouth today from 5 to 7 p.m.
