Willie O. Keffer, 94, died Oct. 16, 1995, in her residence.
Mrs. Keffer, the widow of Armond L. Keffer, was a retired WMCA food server. She worked for the U.S. Navy for 21 years. She was a native of Suffolk and a member of Central Christian Church, and the Ladies Fellowship.
Survivors include one sister, Helen Blossom of Portsmouth; one grandson, Allen W. Smith of Chesapeake; and one great-granddaughter, Gayla L. Dadrymple-Smith.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by Dr. Earl L. Boyette. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, in charge.
