Clifton Ray Ryder Sr., 60, died Oct. 16, 1995. He was a member of Shipbuilders of America and Moose Lodge (NU)141 in Suffolk.
Surviving are his children, Brenda Sue Stuthers of Florida, Betty Annette Terrell, Deborah Lynn Jechort and Clinton Lee Ryder, all of Virginia, Clifton Ray Ryder Jr. of Arkansas and Charles Allen Ryder of North Carolina; brothers, David Ryder and Glen Ryder, both of Virginia Beach; sisters, Rebecca Riley, Phyllis Wheeler, Mary Loving, Evelyn Reid and Joyce Taylor, all of Virginia; fifteen grandchildren; 16 step-grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends 7 to 9 p.m. today at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg, Va., where services will be held Friday at 3 p.m. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
