Beginning at 9, an all-night Youth Lock-In will be held at Colonial Boys and Girls Club, featuring anti-drug speakers, a swimming meet and dance.
Red ribbon distribution: At 1 p.m. Saturday, red ribbons will be distributed at the Military Circle Extravaganza. Entertainment will be presented by Norfolk children.
Candlelight March and Rally for Unity, Hope and Progress: At 6:30 p.m. Monday, the march and rally will be held at Norfolk State University, with participants gathering at Brown Hall.
In addition, all five high schools have planned activities, and Norfolk Parks and Recreation is featuring children's art displays in public buildings.
