Oliver Jordan Jr., 67, of the 900 block of Beryl Ave., died Oct. 21, 1995, in Chesapeake General Hospital.
He retired in 1987 from Norfolk and Southern Railroad where he was a supervisor. He was a native of Chowan County, N.C.
He is survived by his wife, Regina Jordan; son, B. Dean Jordan of Houston, Texas; stepson, Michael Davis of Virginia Beach; stepdaughter, Darinda Burke of Conroe, Texas; brother, Kelly Jordan of Norfolk; grandson, James Dean of Houston; stepgranddaughter, Rochelle of Houston; and two stepgrandsons, Nathan and Ryan of Conroe.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel. Burial is in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 7 to 8 p.m.
