Thelma C. Herbert, of the 1200 block of Tim Road, died Oct. 20, 1995.
She was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church, Virginia Beach, where she was on the Deaconess Board and choir member.
She is survived by her husband, Isaac Herbert; three daughters, Joyce Morings and Undra Cooper, both of Virginia Beach, and Holly Chase of Tracy, Calif.; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A funeral service will be held at noon Tuesday by the Rev. C.K. Jones in Ebenezer Baptist Church. Burial is in Woodlawn Memorial Garden, Norfolk. Community Funeral Home, Norfolk, is in charge.
