Edna T. Arthur, 84, of the 900 block of Redwood Circle, died Oct. 21, 1995, in Sentara Leigh Hospital.
Mrs. Arthur was born in Goldsboro, N.C., and was a retired sales manager with Sears Roebuck & Co. in Norfolk. She was a member of Salem Baptist Church and the Sears Retiree Club.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond D. Arthur; two sons, Raymond E. Arthur of Hertford, N.C., and Paul S. Arthur of Virginia Beach; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and three-great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Kellum Funeral Home, Pleasant Hall, Kempsville Chapel, by Pastor Jamie Eads. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Salem Baptist Church Building Fund, 4020 Ware Neck Road, Virginia Beach, Va. 23456.
