Woodrow Arthur Norman, EMCM, U.S. Navy retired, of the 2300 block of Tanglewood Trail, died Oct. 21, 1995, in Portsmouth Naval Hospital.
He was a native of Port Antoinio, Jamaica West Indies.
Survivors include his wife, Annette Marie Norman; two daughters, Margo of Orlando, Fla., and Kathleen of Virginia Beach; one son, Andre' of Orlando; one grandchild, Teryl; one daughter-in-law, Tammy; one sister-in-law, Anne; brothers-in-law, Simeon and Mylers; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday in Rock Church, Virginia Beach, by Pastor Clarence McPherson. Burial will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Arlington Cemetery. The remains will be taken to the church at 10 a.m. The family will assemble at the residence at 11 a.m. for the procession. The remains will be ready for viewing at 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday. Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is in charge.
