The building will become the library of Tidewater Community

College's Norfolk campus. The science and student services building,

left, in the 300 block of Granby, is the only new structure being

built for the campus. Workers began construction of the new campus

in May. The project is scheduled to be completed in September 1996,

and classes would open in January 1997.
