James H. Bailey Jr., of the 1800 block of St. Denis Ave., died Oct. 24, 1995, in his residence.
He was self-employed and a native of Wakefield, Va.
He is survived by his daughter, Rachel Denise Ellis; son, James Henry Bailey III; two sisters, Jenette Davis and Emma Bailey; four brothers, Edward Roscoe, James Roscoe, Daniel Roscoe and Thomas Bailey; five grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday by the Rev. John H. Tilman in Graves Funeral Chapel. Burial is in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Friends may join the family at 6500 Partridge St., Apt. D.
