John C. Robertson Sr., 81, died Oct. 25, 1995, in his home.
He was the retired secretary/treasurer for Hampton Roads Tractor and Equipment Co. where he worked for 44 years. He was a native of Talladega, Ala., and a member of Temple Baptist Church where he was deacon of the Bible Class for 45 years and was a trustee of the church.
He is survived by his wife, Josie Robertson; two sons, John C. Robertson Jr. of Beverly Hills, Mich., William D. Robertson of Virginia Beach; and four grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday by the Rev. Mark Pullen in Temple Baptist Church. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, today from 7 to 8 p.m.
