Evelyn Marie Mueller, 72, died Oct. 26, 1995, after a long illness.
She was a resident of Sentara Nursing Newtown for the past four years where she received loving care. Born in Winneconne, Wisc., Evelyn worked for the State Department and traveled widely as she worked in United States Embassies in Paris, London, Madrid, Cairo and Beruit. She loved the theater and was an avid Jeopardy and crossword fan. She led a full life and had few regrets.
She is survived by two sisters, Dorothy VonHoffman of West Allis, Wisc. and Idella Williams of Watertown, Wisc.; and two sons.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Twiford Funeral Home, Ghent Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
