Canon Computer Systems Inc. unveiled its technical support center Thursday in Chesapeake. The 48,000-square-foot service center, located on Greenbrier Circle and called the Canon Care Center, will employ about 200 workers to field customer questions about computers, printers and scanners seven days a week.
