JOIN THE FITNESS QUEST

SO, FITNESS QUEST still has more than two months to go and you need a little incentive? How about this, Slim.

Some lucky person who meets her Fitness Quest goal will get the chance to shop till she drops. Or until $500 is gone.

That's right.

All those who meet their goals when Fitness Quest ends Jan. 7, 1996, will be eligible for the $500 shopping spree drawing.

It's not too late to dial Infoline (640-5555), press BFIT (2348) and get on board. One caller who is well on her way to meeting her goal says, ``All it takes to start is a 20-minute walk a day.''

Joining Fitness Quest doesn't have to be a lonely undertaking. Families, companies and clubs can sign on.

You can also call Fitness Quest if you'd just like to learn more about exercise and nutrition.

Each week, 10 callers who pledge their goals are selected at random to receive a ``Go for Fit'' T-shirt.

This week's winners are:

T. Allen, Virginia Beach; D. Barr, Virginia Beach; S. Benson, Franklin; J. Burns, Norfolk; E. Gillard, Virginia Beach; S. Haqq, Chesapeake; L.K. Jacob, Virginia Beach; C. Mullen, Norfolk; F. Murphy, Norfolk; W. Parker, Chesapeake.

You can order a T-shirt by sending your name, address, shirt size and a check or money order for $10.45 (includes tax) to:
