Martha Rebecca Lane Light, 84, formerly of the 1000 block of Chesapeake Ave., died Oct. 27, 1995.
She was a retired sales clerk from Smith and Welton, where she worked for 34 years. She was a native of South Norfolk and a member of South Norfolk Congregational Christian Church for over 70 years.
She is survived by numerous cousins and friends.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Magnolia Cemetery by the Rev. Willis Dowling. The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, from 3 to 4 p.m. today. Memorial contributions should be made to South Norfolk Congregational Christian Church, 1030 Jackson Ave., Chesapeake, Va. 23324.
