I heard all of the candidates in a debate recently. So I formed an opinion.
One is about Thelma Drake, Republican challenger for the 87th District delegate seat. She seems to think as a freshman delegate she would have all kinds of clout in Richmond. Wrong! It takes a very long time. Howard Copeland has the experience and the clout. Now is not the time to change horses in midstream so as to speak.
Let's go with one who has both the knowledge of how the system works and the experience, and who also has a proven record. Howard Copeland, of course.
