Henry P. Gavan Jr., 65, died Oct. 22, 1995.
Mr. Gavan was retired from the United State Air Force. He was born in Philadelphia and lived in Ocean View section of Norfolk for many years. Mr. Gavan was a member of the Masonic Lodge and he was a Shriner.
He is survived by his son, H.P. Gavan III of Norfolk; daughters, Patricia Gavan of Ft. Myers, Fla. and Frances Satterthwaite of Chesapeake; and four grandchildren.
