He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Marie Burnett Todd; two sons, Sammuel D. Todd, and William Todd Jr.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Mount Gilead Baptist Church. E.A. Hughes Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
