Trans World Airlines Inc., out of bankruptcy for two months, plans to increase revenue by adding domestic flights and international routes. Building a strong New York-to-London connection is key to TWA's international plans, said Robert Peiser, TWA's chief financial officer. The St. Louis-based airline, which plans to open an East Coast reservations center in Norfolk, also expects to order new planes soon.
