Striper action in the Manns Harbor area was excellent over the weekend, with fish surface-feeding and followed by gulls. The season is now closed. But anglers can catch and release these fish that weigh between 2 and 15 pounds. Bucktails and rattletraps have been the best producers.

No offshore trips were run during the weekend because of strong winds.
