Debra Mae Wimbish Lowe, 41, of the 700 block of Lanier Crescent, died Oct. 29, 1995, in her residence.
She was a native of Presque Isle, Maine, and a former employee of Tower Auto Mall. She was a Methodist.
Survivors include her parents, William R. Lowe and Gladys Buckingham Lowe, both of Presque Isle; one son, Robert Daniel Karnes of Portsmouth; two brothers, Ronald A. Lowe of Portsmouth and George W. Lowe of Presque Island; one grandchild, Kayla Renee Karnes. She was predeceased by a brother, Terry R. Lowe.
The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by the Rev. William Kube. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
