Marjorie Anne Gates, of the 1300 block of Thamesford Drive, died Oct. 30, 1995, in her residence.
She was a native of Cambridge, Idaho and a member of Rock Church, Virginia Beach.
She is survived by daughter, Anita Giovinozzo of Virginia Beach; son, Peter Lloyd of Virginia Beach; sister, Jean Rose of White Lake, Mich.; and five grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted today at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Betty Forbes and the Rev. Tim Jackson in Rock Church. Burial is in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. The family will assemble at the residence at 10 a.m. for the procession. The remains will be taken to the church at 9 a.m. Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home in charge.
