Troy L. Flood Jr., of the 1100 block of Mariner St., died Oct. 28, 1995, in Portsmouth.
He was a street repairman for the City of Norfolk and a native of Rock Hill, S.C.
He is survived by his wife, Jean E. Williams Flood; daughter, Crystal E. Carter of Norfolk; two sons, Felix Williams, Troy L. Williams, both of Norfolk; mother, Shirley H. Flood of Norfolk; sister, Jeanie Smith of Norfolk; four brothers, Robert M. Flood of Centerville, Ga., David E. Flood of Seattle, Wash., and Ricky R. Flood and Curtis E. Flood, both of Norfolk; two grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in Metropolitan Funeral Chapel, Norfolk. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home today from 7 to 8 p.m. Family and friends will assemble at 1166 Mariner St., Norfolk, Friday at 1 p.m. for the funeral procession to the chapel.
