Minnie Modlin Tolbert, 64, of the 1100 block of Ferebee Ave., died Nov. 2, 1995.
She was a Baptist and an employee of Sears, Roebuck and Company. She was a native of Norfolk.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Annette T. and Paul A. Newhart of Chesapeake; one son and daughter-in-law, David C. and Jill Tolbert of Troutman, N.C.; one sister, Ruby Butler of Norfolk; two half-brothers, John Wesley Modlin of Lewiston, N.C., and David Charles Modlin of Richmond, Va.; two grandsons, Daniel B. Tolbert and Timothy T. Spratley II; three step-granddaughters; one step-grandson; and one aunt, Leola Newton of Grant, Fla.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. Henry Napier, Rev. Willis Dowling, and Rev. Ben Gregory. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park, Norfolk. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today, and at the residence at all other times.
