H. EDWARD CROCKER

H. Edward E. Crocker, 62, died Nov. 2, 1995, in his residence.

He was a native of Isle of Wight County, Va. and a retired welder from Newport News Shipyard, where he worked for 34 years. He was a U.S. Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Wilma Crocker; one daughter, Shelley L. Armentrout of Chesapeake; two sons, Scott A. Seybold and W. Brooks Seybold, both of Portsmouth; two sisters, Hazel Cornett of Smithfield, Va. and Mattie Walden of Roanoke, Va.; four grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by Dr. David Denny. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
