Phyllis Irene Mulford-Raines, 64, died Nov. 1, 1995, in Portsmouth.
She was a native of Chestertown, Md. Survivors include three daughters, Tina Dolan of Virginia Beach, Toni Raines of Las Vegas, Nev., and Terri Luz of Yuba City, Calif.; two sisters, Mary Alice Russum of Chestertown, and Catherine Kreggin of Santa Ana, Calif.; and nine grandchildren.
A Mass of the Resurrection will be conducted at 9 a.m. today by Father Edward L. Richardson in Northwest Chapel, 1320 Northwest Blvd., Chesapeake. Burial will be at a later date in Greenville Memorial Gardens, Greenville, S.C. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, in charge.
