Rosario Roque Acierto, 82, died Nov. 1, 1995.
Mrs. Acierto, a retired dentist, was a native of Boac, Marinduque, Philippines. She was a member of Church of Christ (Iglesia Ni Cristo), where she was a deaconess.
She is survived by her husband, Dr. Gerald Acierto; and children, Nilo Acierto of Florida, Genie Rosquites of California, Judine Acierto of New York, and Zarny Lualhati and Jhunne Acierto, both of Virginia Beach; in-laws, Sarah, Joben, Marie, Cezar, and Mary Beth; and eight grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel. Burial will be in Colonial Grove Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
