Australia C. Davis, of the 800 block of S. Grosvenor Court, and formerly of 1777 Vine St., Norfolk, passed on Oct. 31, 1995.
Ms. Davis resided in Virginia Beach and was a member of Saint Thomas AME Zion Church, Norfolk. In 1980, she retired from Bayside High School, in Virginia Beach. She will be lovingly remembered.
She is survived by two sons, Emmett ``Billy'' Davis and Frank ``Foxx'' Davis of Norfolk; two daughters, Marion D. Hyman and Vivian D. Carrouthers of Virginia Beach; 21 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
The family will be at 811 S. Grosvenor Court, Virginia Beach. Services will be held on Monday at noon in Saint Thomas AME Zion Church, 1700 Melon St., conducted by the Rev. G.L. Scott. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Graves Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
