William Frohock Kelly, 72, of 401 Meadow Lane, died Nov. 3, 1995, at Southampton Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Kelly was a native of Raleigh and was the son of the late A.Y. and May Forrest Kelly. Mr. Kelly was a captain in the U.S. Marines during World War II, a textile designer in New York City, and owner of Ardar Frames and Gallery in Nags Head. He was a member of Outer Banks Presbyterian Church, Kill Devil Hills. He was a graduate of N.C. State University, and a member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.
Survivors include his wife, Jo Anne Darden Kelly; two sons, William Darden Kelly of Bayhead, N.J., and Arthur Adams Kelly of Hollywood, Fla.; several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A graveside memorial service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday in Hollywood Cemetery, Newsoms, Va. by the Rev. Spotswood Graves and the Rev. James Lambeth. Memorials may be made to the Outer Banks Presbyterian Church, 907 South Croatan Highway, Kill Devil Hills, N.C. 27948. Wright Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
