AS EASY AS 1-2-3 ?

The second in a two-part parenting workshop series, called ``1-2-3 Magic,'' was held Oct. 25 at Arrowhead Elementary School. Kathryn Bateman, a guidance counselor, called the series ``a no-nonsense approach'' that gives practical strategies for not only stopping unwanted behaviors by children, but starting up good ones.
