Ida Mae Voliva, 66, of the 1900 block of Shillelagh Road, died Friday, Nov. 3, 1995, in Chesapeake General Hospital.
Mrs. Voliva was born in Princess Anne County and was the daughter of the late William R. Sr., and Stella B. Cartwright. She was a retired hotel housekeeper and a Baptist. Mrs. Voliva was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Macmullen ``Mack'' Voliva.
Survivors include four sisters, Margaret Henderson of St. Cloud, Fla., Martha Ann Brickhouse and Judy Cartwright, both of Chesapeake, Nancy Smith of Virginia Beach; and four brothers, William R. Cartwright Jr. of Aurora, W.Va., Roy R. Cartwright of Lakeland, Fla., Willis D. Cartwright of Wright, Minn., and James E. Cartwright of Sernandina Beach, Fla.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Riverside Memorial Park, Norfolk, by the Rev. Johnnie McDonald. The family will receive friends at Twiford Colonial Chapel, Great Bridge, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today.
