Charlie C. Brown Jr., 31, of the 2300 block of Dunbarton Dr., died Nov. 2, 1995, in Chesapeake General Hospital.
He was a radiology technician formerly employed at Virginia Beach General Hospital. He was a native of Norfolk and a former member of Zion Baptist Church, Portsmouth. He was a U.S. Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa F. Brown of Virginia Beach; daughter, Alicia R. Brown of Chesapeake; son, Charlie C. Brown III of Chesapeake; parents, Carol Riddick Brown and C.C. Brown Sr., both of Chesapeake; maternal grandmother, Elsie M. Riddick of Chesapeake; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m Monday by the Rev. Edward Smith in First Baptist Church Gilmerton, Chesapeake. Burial is in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake, with Military Honors. Viewing at Corprew Funeral Home will begin at noon today. The body will be taken to the church at 10 a.m. Monday.
