A 48-year-old Norfolk man died Sunday evening from injuries he suffered when he was hit by a truck Thursday.
Norman A. Phelts Jr., whose street address is unknown, died about 6:30 p.m. Sunday. He was struck by a truck while crossing the 9500 block of 1st View St.
No charges have been filed against the driver of the truck. The case is being sent to the commonwealth's attorney's office for review, but a police spokesman said no charges are anticipated.
