Sharon S. Downey, 31, of the 100 block of Howard St., died Nov. 4, 1995. Mrs. Downey was a native of Norfolk.
Survivors include her husband, David Downey; three daughters, Rochelle Downey, Tiffany Downey, Latisha Downey, all of Portsmouth; two sons, David Downey, Breon Downey, both of Portsmouth; her parents, Leane Seabron and Jermiah Seabron Jr., both of Portsmouth; two sisters, Leane Griffin, Theresa Seabron, both of Portsmouth; one brother, Jermiah Seabron III of Portsmouth; grandmother, Ella Seabron of Portsmouth; mother-in-law, Lessie Downey of Portsmouth.
The funeral will be conducted at noon Thursday in Serenity Funeral Home Chapel, Portsmouth, by Dr. T.M. Steele. Burial will be in Lincoln Memorial Park. Viewing will be from noon to 8 p.m. Wednesday. Family and friends will assemble at 405 Dwight Drive, Portsmouth, at 11:15 a.m. Thursday for the procession to the chapel. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
